Hunter Ceiling Fans - they stand behind their products

We are definitely a Hunter Fan family. Every fan in our house is a Hunter, but we didn't start out planning to do that. We had a great experience with our first one and have really enjoyed using it.

Then, we bought another one and were missing a screw. (Actually, I'm pretty sure it is in our bedroom somewhere.) So I called the handy toll-free number included in the box. They were really friendly and immediately shipped me a replacement screw without any hassle. The gentleman made it a point to say, they stand behind their products.

Recently with our third fan, we ended up with a broken piece. (I'm guessing the box was dropped at some point in the process before the fan was shipped to our house.) Anyways, the fan we had ended up being out of stock, so they are sending us an upgrade free of charge.

I'm happy to say, I was very impressed with the Hunter support team. The women who helped me was friendly and extremely helpful. She made this whole experience as simple as she possibly could.
