Structured Procrastination: An Interesting Concept

Structured Procrastination is a concept that can help procrastinators to become highly productive and effective people.

Structured Procrastination is a concept that can help procrastinators to become highly productive and effective people. In fact, most of the really intelligent people I know procrastinate all of the time. Many of them are highly productive and high achievers as well.

Structured Procrastination takes planning and consistent use to achieve the best results. I had previously utilized this technique from time to time, but hadn't thought of purposely trying to use it to achieve results until I came across the article I linked to above. It can be amazing what someone can accomplish when they are trying to put off doing something they don't want to do. It can be a healthy mania that helps a person to be highly productive.

I actually am in the process of implementing the GTD system. I prefer it to structured procrastination, but I'm sure some of you may be able to become highly productive procrastinators.
